RaceIQ looks to enter into a virtually untouched segment of the automotive market place. This segment has been created by the introduction of large scale production and advancement of hybrid and electric vehicles. High-end automakers are joining the growing trend to offer high-performance cars with reduced emissions. Automaker BMW, for example, recently launched its new brand, the i8 plug-in hybrid, which delivers a lot with very little emissions. Land Rover also began selling its first hybrid this year in Europe, the 2014 Range Rover Hybrid and Range Rover Sport Hybrid. These two models deliver strong off-the-line and mid-range performance with a top speed of 135mph.. Ferrari, which plans to build more hybrid vehicles following LaFerrari Sports Car’s success. The 963-horsepower combines two electric motors with a 12-cylinder gasoline engine to produce more horsepower than any previous Ferrari model, while cutting fuel consumption by as much as 40%. Just like these manufactures, Infiniti, Nissan, and Honda are among others automakers offering high performance vehicles with reduced emissions.
RaceIQ will provide three different divisions (Custom Software, Product Design and Motorsports) to enhance the performance and experience of manufactures’ Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV) and Alternative Fuel Vehicles (AFV).
